Arusha to Ndutu (following the great migration)
Start your adventure from Arusha with a scenic drive to Ndutu in the Southern Serengeti, the heart of the Great Migration. Spend two nights surrounded by vast plains where thousands of wildebeest gather for the calving season, creating thrilling predator-prey action. Enjoy game drives capturing the incredible wildlife and breath-taking landscapes before relaxing at your lodge each evening, embracing the magic of the Serengeti wilderness.

Day 04
Ndutu to Ngorongoro Crater to Karatu
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing drive. Undoubtedly, the Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s most famous sites and is said to have the highest density of wildlife in Africa. Sometimes described as an ‘eighth wonder of the world’, the Crater has achieved world renown, attracting an ever-increasing number of visitors each year.
You are unlikely to escape other vehicles here, but you are guaranteed great wildlife viewing in a genuinely mind-blowing environment. There is nowhere else in Africa quite like Ngorongoro! Undeniably, it is one of the best places in the country to see the endangered black rhinoceros. Furthermore, the park is home to the entirety of The Big Five. It is particularly good place to see lions, herds of wildebeest, zebras and cape buffalo year-round. A packed lunch will be served at a picnic site. Late afternoon, ascend the crater and drive to your lodge in Karatu, arriving late afternoon for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Tarangire National Park to Arusha
After an early breakfast, we depart for Tarangire National Park. Tarangire National Park, in northern Tanzania, is celebrated for its vast elephant herds, towering baobab trees, and remarkable biodiversity. The park’s lifeline, the Tarangire River, attracts large concentrations of wildlife, particularly during the dry season, offering exceptional game viewing opportunities.
Visitors can encounter lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and an impressive array of over 500 bird species. Its scenic beauty and rich wildlife make Tarangire a must-visit safari destination year-round. After lunch at a designated picnic site, we finalize our game drive and head back to Arusha city either at your accommodation if you wish to stay longer or at the airport to catch your flight to your next destination

A Fond Farewell or Zanzibar Extension
Rest and recuperation at the hotel before your transfer to the airport.
